Question 1

Can I log in without a password?

Accepted Answer

PHSpin prioritizes security, but for convenience, you may enable one-tap login via the official app, which uses biometric verification (fingerprint or face ID) on your device. This does not bypass password verification for the main portal, but it provides a faster, secure access method for the app.

Question 2

What if my password doesn't meet the requirements on PHSpin?

Accepted Answer

If your password fails to meet PHSpin's security requirements, you will be prompted to create a new one. Use at least 8 characters with a combination of uppercase, lowercase, numbers, and symbols. This ensures your account remains protected against unauthorized access.

Question 3

What if I forgot the mobile number I used to register?

Accepted Answer

If you forgot the mobile number linked to your PHSpin account, contact our 24/7 live chat support immediately. Our team will verify your identity through security questions or alternative verification methods to help you recover your account.

Question 4

Login failed – what to do on PHSpin?

Accepted Answer

If your login fails, first check your internet connection, then verify that your username and password are correct. If the issue persists, clear your cache or try the Phspin app. In case of 'Account Locked', reach out to our support team. Avoid repeated attempts, as this may trigger a temporary security lock.

Question 5

Can I have multiple accounts?

Accepted Answer

No. PHSpin strictly prohibits having multiple accounts. This is a PAGCOR-compliant policy to prevent fraud, bonus abuse, and money laundering. If you have an existing account, please log in to it. Creating multiple accounts may lead to permanent suspension.

Question 6

How do I update my password?

Accepted Answer

To update your password, log in to your PHSpin account, go to 'Account Settings', select 'Security Center', and click 'Change Password'. You will need to verify your old password, then set a new one. For security, you will receive an SMS/email confirmation.
